The Sunny Beach hotel is located among the green areas of Perdika, in one of the most beautiful parts of the Thesprotic coastline.
It is only 12 km from Sivota, 4 km from Perdika, 20 km from Parga and 30 km from the port of Igoumenitsa.
The area is full of fantastic beaches that you can visit.
You can also visit Sivota, Perdika and the picturesque Parga, as they are close by, while a little further away there are other attractions such as the Springs of Hades on the Acheron river.
You can also visit Paxos with one-day cruises starting from Sivota and Parga.

Arillas beach is located just 60 meters from our hotel.
You find it if on the road to Perdikas you take the turn for beaches which also leads to Karavostasi and Stavrolimenas.
The beach has fine gritty sand while the waters are crystal clear and shallow for several meters from the shore, making it an ideal beach for children but also for those who are not very comfortable in swimming.
The beach is organized and you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds and enjoy your coffee, soft drink or drink by the sea.
You can also rent water bikes and small boats to explore the area and visit other beaches.
Along the beach there are showers where you can wash off the sand and salt.
In Arillas there are two taverns, while on the left side of the beach there is a port.
Nearby beaches are Stavrolimenas and Karavostasi.
The beach does not have a lifeguard.

Karavostasi is the largest beach in the area, it is the end of the Perdika plain and is located at a distance of 1.5 km from our hotel.
You find it by going to Perdika and taking the turn for beaches.
The beach has fine sand and colored pebbles, while the waters are crystal clear and deepen sharply.
There are cafés and taverns for all hours of the day and all tastes.
Karavostasi is an organized beach and you can choose to use your own umbrellas and sunbeds, or rent them.
Nearby beaches are Arillas, Stavrolimenas and Prapamali.

The beach of Stavrolimena is 1km from our hotel and is located between Karavostasi and Arillas.
To find it, take the road to Karavostasi and Arilla and at the point where the road to Arilla or Karavostasi divides, go straight towards the MarBella Elix hotel.
After about 1 km you will find it on your right hand side but you should be alert because it is not easily distinguishable from the road.
Park on the street and walk down the path to the beach, or if you have a car suitable for dirt roads, walk down to the beach.
The beach has nothing but green water, sand and pebbles, so it's a good idea to stock up on what you need in advance.
It is a small and wonderful beach with wild beauty and if you like the sense of adventure and peace more, it is the right beach for you.

The beach of Agia Paraskevi is located about 7km from our hotel and is probably the most beautiful beach of Thesprotia, since its blue-green waters combined with the small island you find in the center of the beach, but also the church of Agia Paraskevi, create a dreamlike and typically Greek landscape.
The beach has fine and coarse sand and is organized.
If you want, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas as well as water bikes and canoes.
Nearby beaches are Kamini and Agali.

Mega Drafi beach is located after the beach of Agia Paraskevi.
An all-white beach with sand and pebbles that is separated in the middle by a tongue of rocks. Mega Drafi beach, small in area, is one of the most beautiful beaches of Thesprotia. It is 1km from our hotel on the road to Sivota. Small, quiet and organized beach, with clear blue waters.

Perdika

Perdika is the largest traditional village of Thesprotia, with an enviable history and a rare natural landscape of hills, streams, plains, forests, rivers and beautiful beaches.
It is located at a distance of 4 km from our hotel.
Its shores are home to the blue-green waters of the Ionian Sea, embracing the wave in its bays for several kilometers.
But also the olive groves, the plain, the river that comes from above to pour into Karavostasi and the Pelasgian walls at Dymokastro, contribute to this picture of the beaches of Thesprotia.
In Perdika there is a rural doctor's office and a pharmacy, gas station, car repair shop, Greek and foreign shops, bakeries, supermarkets, taverns, restaurants, pastry shops, cafes and bars for nightlife, but also peace, tranquility and rest among green and blue .

Sivota!

Sivota

Sivota is located at a distance of 12 km from our hotel and is one of the main seaside resorts of Epirus which during the summer gathers a large number of tourists from both Greece and abroad.
The settlement is built in a small bay in which various islets are scattered, the main ones being Agios Nikolaos and Mavro Oros.
Main beaches of the area are Mikri and Megali Ammos, Bella Vraka, Zavia, Megalo Stafos and Zeri.
Another beautiful beach of Sivota is the swimming pool. (The name came from its waters because they are like those of the swimming pool).
To go there you need a boat/boat or if you don't have one you can simply rent one from a beach or from the port of Sivota.
Another solution is to go by boat that walks on the beaches and various other places in Sivota.
Of course there are many other small beaches that you also go to by boat.
Sivota is an area full of activities: Diving, Sailing, Water sports, Excursions to Paxos
More specifically, you can rent an inflatable boat and plan a two-day excursion to the turquoise beaches of Epirus.
Start from Sivota and continue your escape to the island complex, trying to go diving or just a dive with a mask to admire the wonderful seabed.
In the afternoon you can sail to Paxos, a pleasant journey where you may have unusual company, the dolphins of the Ionian Sea.

Bella Vrakas beach is an exotic beach that connects Sivota with the islet of Mourtemeno.
To visit it, one must literally walk through the sea, through a narrow strip of sand.
It is a small, picturesque, sandy beach which gathers many tourists from the neighboring hotels.
The beach also offers the opportunity to practice various water sports.
It is possible to visit it by car, which you leave in a parking lot above the beach and go down to it by a suitable paved path. As soon as you see it you will be enchanted by the beautiful landscape. Next to it there are other organized beaches that you can go to either by footpaths or by boat.

Parga

Parga is a seaside town located 20 km from our hotel in the northwestern part of the prefecture of Preveza.
Today Parga is the busiest tourist resort in the area.
Nearby are the beaches of Kryoneri, Piso Kryoneri (within the settlement of Parga), Valtos and Sarakiniko to the west, Lichnos and Ai Giannakis to the east. .
Directly across from the city there is the picturesque Island of Panagia where a church is built as well as medieval Venetian and French buildings.
It is the most popular tourist destination of Epirus.
It is built on the outskirts of the Venetian castle and is clearly influenced by the island architecture.
During the summer months, Parga is connected daily by ferry to Paxos and Antipaxos. It is also connected to Ammoudia, Corfu and Lefkada.
